The century-old main house sits at the centre, with rooms and suites spread out towards the gardens and the pool terrace, and Garden Suites roomy enough for families travelling together. Two restaurants run the kitchen under chef Gregory Henderson: Palm Terrace and de Tafel, both built around seasonal produce and a sustainable approach. The Açaí Spa adds four treatment rooms, a mani-pedi studio, an outdoor jacuzzi and a Banya sauna you will not find in many places here. The city centre lies about 17 minutes' drive away, with Cape Town International Airport roughly 10 minutes off, and the Constantia winelands and the False Bay coast within easy reach.
