  An excellent resort, where the team really makes a difference The Pickalbatros Palace was an excellent surprise. It is a huge resort, very well organized, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The quantity and quality of the facilities, the variety of pools, restaurants, bars, and activities make this a resort where it is difficult to run out of options. However, what marked us the most was the quality of the team. There is a real attention to guests and small details. It is noted that there is a genuine concern to provide a good experience, and this is felt throughout the entire stay. A very special reference to Hassan Abdallah, whose friendliness, professionalism, and attention stood out particularly. It's the type of person who is constantly attentive to the guests and makes sure that everything is okay. This care, often through small gestures, makes a huge difference. We also want to give a special thanks to Mary, from the Kids Club, and the other monitor of Italian origin, whose name we unfortunately could not find. They were both extremely nice and affectionate with our son, who loved the Kids Club and became very attached to both of them. The cleanliness, the organization, the facilities, and above all, the quality and dedication of the team make this a resort we recommend without any hesitation. Congratulations to the entire Pickalbatros Palace team, especially Hassan, Mary, and all the staff who contribute daily to this excellent experience. It will undoubtedly be a hotel we will be happy to return to.

  Top-notch club.

  Very good club, the staff is incredible and exemplarily kind. Thanks to KHADIJA for her kindness, the cleaning of our room no. 2009, and her personal touch for the decoration; I recommend this hotel 100%.

  Forever ...

  Overall it's okay.. except that a pair of my son's sneakers were stolen in the room.. then a lot of restrictions.. an entertainer who grabbed your arm by force 🙄 having done all the Pickalbatros, I can tell you that this one was very different at the end of our stay we had to leave the room at 12 p.m. which is normal so we asked the front desk to be able to stay until 6 p.m. Knowing that our flight was at 10:50 p.m. so we had to leave the hotel at 7 p.m. so they asked us for a supplement, something that at Neverland they didn't ask us for anything extra, anyway so with my husband we accepted, it was either that or we had to leave the room, except that they asked us for 105e from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. knowing that it was just to shower and get ready comfortably otherwise we weren't in the room.. stunned because we know two French families with whom we had become friendly and who were leaving the same as us, so for one it was 90e and the other 78e, go figure, same room, same family, same times, so we're going to assume it's based on your face, don't get ripped off 🤔 for me the Palace was the first but the last time I will do it, unlike the other Pickalbatros... goodbye Palace 👋 and forever....
