There is an aqua park on site, along with a separate one scaled for children, and a dedicated kids' pool and playground beside it. Rooms and suites sit close to the shoreline, each with a balcony or terrace looking over garden or sea, and each fitted with a flat-screen television, minibar and safe. Dining is spread across several restaurants and buffets, including one by the pool and another with a sea view from its terrace, with cocktails and light plates at the pool bar and the beach bar. The spa keeps a sauna, a gym and a menu of massage treatments, while diving and snorkelling over the coral reefs can be arranged close by. The front desk runs around the clock and can organise car rental, with parking on site. I feel Right at home
We have been coming back to this hotel for 5 years now, sometimes even twice a year, and it truly feels like home. I especially want to share some wonderful words for two staff members we’ve grown very fond of. First, the front desk manager, Hady—an extraordinary and experienced professional who always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need, always making us feel right at home. And then the manager of the Asian restaurant, Azouz, who my whole family absolutely loves. He always makes us laugh and feel at home, which is truly one of the main reasons we keep coming back. That said, the entire staff is truly lovely."

A week to remember
I stayed at the Pickalbatros Palace for a week with my aunt and we had a great time! The property is very large, beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Very kind, friendly, and always helpful staff. The entertainment was also very cheerful and pleasant. We went on three excursions and we liked them a lot, I would absolutely do them again! The only downside was the lack of variety in the food, even though it was good anyway. Overall, a truly beautiful vacation!
