Not a 5 star
I can't stress enough that this is not a 5 star hotel. Whilst the facilities are expansive; a full size football pitch, padel court and a water park the experience and rest of the resort did not live up to expectations. The food was very disappointing. It was repetitive and not cooked well. The meats particularly were overcooked and dry. The hotel states that there are adult only pools. This is incredibly misleading. There are separate pools situated behind the individual room buildings but these are not monitored and nothing in place to ensure adult only spaces. These also had no other facilities such as a pool bar. The one behind our building was situated in front of the kids club. The rooms themselves could do with a little love. Small things like the toilet roll holder falling off the wall or cracked tiles and missing grout just take the edge away from a nice space. We also had ants in our room. Upon asking to move we were told there was no room to move and they'd send someone to spray the floor. Whilst it did help, there were still ants sneaking in. Main pool space was nice but avoid sitting anywhere near the bar as it was invested with wasps. Also recommended sitting far away from the music speakers. Entertainment team use these for games throughout the day and it can get very loud with the team screaming into the mic. Overall would not recommend if you're looking for a 5 star with good food.
