  Fantastic hotel and staff.

  This is a fantastic hotel,,everything about it is great,,our room was a pool view deluxe and it was very spacious and spotless,, the reception is beautiful,,the service is great,,all the staff are good,, from housekeeping to bar staff to restaurant staff,,and the animation team have gave us some great entertainment,,the food is amazing and so much choice,, we have been blown away by just how great this holiday has been,,and all the staff are so genuinely helpful and friendly,, we can't wait to come back.big shout out to ismail the best bar staff ever.

  Brilliant hotel and entertainment team are fantastic x great pool activities and evening entertainment pool zumba dance classes bingo etc x great food and drinks x

  A lovely stay

  We have just got back from a lovely stay. The hotel is lovely and the pool area is stunning with plenty of options for sunbathing. The food is delicious (saying that we didn’t go to the Italian, as there were plenty of options at the main buffet), including delicious Moroccan dishes including tasty taglines and freshly grilled fish and other options. The rooms are lovely and the bed is huge, and the shower was amazing, and although we did have a minor issue with the aircon leaking it was all sorted within 30 mins of reporting. If I was truly honest I felt that the room was more of a pool view than the sea view we upgraded to, but still a great view and room. The staff are very lovely and make the hotel. Yamal helped us with our luggage to the our room and was so helpful and said hi for the rest of the holiday, and the housekeeping staff gave us a cheerful good morning everyday. We mostly ate in the outside restaurant and Salah was so lovely there with our drinks order at breakfast and lunch, we had a song for him.. “our Salah, our Salah, running round room, Salah our restaurant king”. Shout out to other restaurant Salah who said hi every morning and was great too. Yassine, looked after us for dinner outside and always used our names which was a lovely touch. There are plenty options to sit in the evening; outside in the bar and lounges and we were well looked after by the bar team particularly Mufasa and Hamsa. There is tea and coffee station with plenty of cakes available all day and Redoune was always on hand to help with a smile. We didn’t go to the evening entertainment which was tucked away in another room which was great if you want to just relax. The area has many pools and options for relaxing and are very well maintained. Pool towels were provided by Mr Happy Ishmael who looked after us well. The food court poolside is also available for bar snacks and lighter options for lunch and Chef Amed looked after us. On arrival we met Ali who served us tea, and he was a star throughout our stay. Always gave us a warm hello and provided us with lots of delicious mint tea during our stay and made sure we took water with us when we went on trips. Would I recommend yes, hotel lovely, food delicious, pool stunning and staff brilliant!
