a little disappointed
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are generally friendly. However, unfortunately, we had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience during our stay. We were accused of taking a pair of slippers and a bathrobe from one of the rooms. It turned out that the mistake was entirely on their side, as they had mixed up a single room with a double room and vice versa. What made the situation particularly unpleasant was that, even after we explained what had happened on three separate occasions, they continued to insist that we had taken these items. The situation became quite tense and left us feeling that we were being treated with unnecessary suspicion. Once the mistake was finally understood, they seemed to think that offering us a pair of chopsticks would somehow resolve the situation. Unfortunately, it did not. It is a shame, because the hotel is lovely and could have been a very pleasant experience. However, trust and respect between a hotel and its guests are essential. When guests have provided clear explanations and the misunderstanding is ultimately shown to be the hotel’s own mistake, continuing to distrust them is simply unacceptable. For this reason, despite the quality of the hotel itself, I am not sure I would choose to stay here again.

The Most Wonderful Stay
The resort exceeded our expectations. The welcome and accommodations were exceptional and the staff were very kind and caring. The breakfast buffet was the best in all our travels with a wide selection for every traveler. Each night at turndown service they would leave us a scroll with a bedtime story about Vietnam history and culture. A perfect way to end our day before we fell asleep. While we were there we had a need for a pharmacy but had no VND. The hotel leant us the money to get what we needed. We will always remember our visit fondly and if\when we return we would certainly stay here again. 🙏🏼
