General Conditions

NOTE: Environmental tax not included, to be paid at the hotel. (First night 11.31 MXN, additional nights 33.94 MXN per person/night. Environmental tax amount corresponding to 2025. This amount may vary each year). The reservation will be maintained until 9 pm on the day of arrival; if the guests are planning to arrive later than that time, please notify the hotel. Keep confirmation voucher until arrival at the hotel and present it at check-in (otherwise the hotel cannot be held responsible for any error relating to the reservation). Privilege Aluxes is an ADULTS ONLY, non-smoking property (minimum age to be accepted is 14y. Minors must travel accompanied by a legal adult). Terms & Conditions: Pets are not allowed Non- smoking Check-in: from 15:00 hrs. Check-out: until 12:00 hrs. The price of the room is always for a minimum of 2 guests. Children are not allowed, Privilege Aluxes is an Adults Only Hotel Minimum age to stay at Privilege Aluxes is 14 y Rates in USD, 21 % VAT included. Visitors Policy We prioritize the security of our guests, hence access to Privilege Aluxes premises is restricted exclusively to our hotel guests. However, your friends and family are welcome to join you at our beach restaurant, 'Playa Norte Beach Club', subject to availability and hotel occupancy, for a fee of $200 Mexican pesos. This fee grants access to the beach club facilities, including lounge chairs and palapas. Please note that this fee must be paid in advance at the beach area. However, it does not include food and beverages. Access to the pools and room areas is not permitted. Privilege Aluxes bracelet At Privilege Aluxes, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests. Upon check-in, we provide an identification bracelet that is securely fastened to your wrist, ensuring exclusive access to our premises throughout your stay. Should you encounter any exceptional circumstances requiring the removal of the bracelet, please inform our Front Office Staff immediately. They will assist you promptly and ensure that necessary measures are taken to facilitate your access to the hotel. Please be advised that access to the hotel facilities is contingent upon wearing the identification bracelet at all times. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Bali Beds at the beach Bali Beds are available at the beach area for guests' enjoyment. To reserve a Bali Bed, please contact our Guest Experience team, guestexperience@privilegehotels.com. Please note that there is an additional charge of $860 MXN per day for this service. Thank you for your understanding. Multiple Room Reservations / Group Reservation Policy: If a guest books 6 or more rooms for the same period, even through separate reservations, it will be considered a group reservation. Special cancellation policies will apply, and a deposit of 2 nights per room will be required. Deposit Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: full refund. Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days in advance: refund of 1 night. Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance: non-refundable. The Reservations Department will contact you to arrange the payment. If your reservation is individual but part of a group, this policy will apply instead of the standard policy. PLEASE NOTE: From CANCUN/Puerto Juarez to ISLA MUJERES: the first ferry departs at 5:30 AM and the last at 11:00 PM. From ISLA MUJERES to CANCUN/Puerto Juarez: the first ferry departs at 6:00 AM and the last at 12:00 AM. **(timetable may vary depending on season) Outside of these hours, no public service is available, so please check your flight information (arrival and departure) to avoid inconveniences.
