    Spa 🔝, hotel needs to be reviewed!

    We stayed for 2 nights; it was a positive experience, especially regarding the spa. The basement level is stunning with the entire area of tubs, whirlpools, pools that go outside, Kneipp paths, ice falls; while on the first floor there are saunas and a Turkish bath. As for the hotel, there are situations that need to be fixed. At the front desk, it is not explained well how the hotel and the spa work; the dinner menu was poor and the place lacked soul and had high costs. Excellent breakfast, however. Another drawback is the lack of a bar! Spacious and welcoming room, apart from the fact that you cannot control the thermostat for heating and cooling; equipped with a bathrobe, towel, and slippers! In conclusion, the spa is perfect; hotel management needs improvement.

    Very bad

    I frequented this imposing structure intended as a hotel often before the new management; with the new management, it was the first time this year and it will also be the last. I had a room in the main building that was terrible, old, dark, a tragedy. Breakfast was a madhouse with people in bathrobes and swimsuits, an unacceptable situation. Terrible breakfast quality. The facilities, certainly the thermal baths are beautiful, an added value, but the amount of people present is excessive, out of control, a terrible experience. The staff in general is not very courteous and not very attentive to the needs of the guests. NEVER AGAIN

    A dive into a dream

    During this short stay at the splendid Villa Arzaga, we found the class, the refinement, and the attention to the clientele that have always distinguished the brand. We would have appreciated staying at the spa beyond the room check-out time, as has happened in the past at other QC locations; it would have been a gesture of style and courtesy on the part of the property. We were still happy with our experience in this wonderful place.
