It felt like the municipal pool

My girlfriend and I decided to take a break from Milan to be able to rest in a spa of a certain level like QC Terme; upon arrival, the welcome was excellent, all the reception staff were smiling and friendly! Once we changed and entered the first pool area we felt good, immediately after a group of young girls entered the cinema spa, and as if they were at the park they started talking and laughing out loud inside the sauna, we moved inside the circuit, where there were several saunas with different very pleasant temperatures and paths that were also very nice and relaxing,,, the very negative note is that people thought they were at Gardaland or at a bar in the center of Verona, therefore loud voices, loud laughter, and then inside the sauna or Turkish bath etc. they did not worry about anything, therefore complete indifference to the place where they were, after having of my own free will asked some people of a certain age, I went to the reception asking for an intervention to be able to bring some silence and respect for the place, I was told absolutely yes, but no intervention took place, once our 5 hours paid €90 each were finished, I reiterated that there had been no intervention, and I was told that they were short-staffed! What do you mean, excuse me!? But you took the 90€ each without hesitation The QC chain is beautiful, but at Lake Garda it is absolutely to be avoided so as not to find yourself at a water park

    NOT RECOMMENDED 11

Hotel located in a beautiful position, dated but well-maintained. We spent one night, but it was enough to understand that it does not offer a 5-star service! They asked us for 50 euros for a small dog, moreover without having anything in the room that could justify this absurd amount, saying only that they then had to sanitize the room. So, based on this, it is easy to deduce that when a customer leaves the room, it is not sanitized!!! SHAMEFUL!!! not even a mat or a water bowl or a ball, which any 4 or 5-star hotel regularly makes sure to provide. In the room, there was not even a free bottle of WATER available, which is quite shameful for a 5-star hotel; by now, everywhere they provide it in the room!! As for the appetizer and breakfast buffet, it felt like being in a dark cafeteria, where hundreds of people in line were crowding with a small plate the size of those for coffee cups to manage to get products that were certainly not of quality and, above all, on the verge of being old!! As for the staff, in the SPA it is absolutely non-existent and there is no possibility of being able to replace wet towels and bathrobes, while the girls at the reception, although very kind, are not in the least prepared about the location since they were not able to tell us if there were elevators for the rooms and where they were. I strongly advise against this hotel, which is simply absurd in terms of value for money!

    A mixed experience

We were at this actually beautiful hotel with a great setting for a golf vacation. We wanted to upgrade the room upon arrival, which unfortunately was not possible (and was not even checked). Thus, we ended up in a somewhat dark corner of the property after all. In the room, we missed having decent coffee mugs instead of the provided paper cups, as well as tissues. Otherwise, the room was clean and okay, but certainly not at a 5-star level. Regarding the golf courses: they were excellently maintained and truly a great playing experience. Important to know: you cannot refill water anywhere during the round, and none is offered for free at the start. We have played golf in many places and many countries, but we have never experienced anything like this. Furthermore, you are only informed about this fact at the reception upon request! Furthermore, there is only one small restroom facility (for both golf courses) that is in an absolutely desolate condition. We could barely open or close the doors. It was also very dirty and simply not worthy of such a golf course with quite high green fees. Dining: During our stay from Monday to Saturday, we were denied dinner at the golf club restaurant three times when we requested a reservation. This was due to private events that took place on those days. No alternative was offered to us. On one of those days, we were barely even allowed to enjoy an aperitif on the terrace after our round of golf (it was only possible after we intervened), and we were initially asked to leave the terrace. Basically, you did not feel very welcome or appreciated as a hotel guest. This aligns with the statements of others who point to the many external spa guests who move about everywhere in the hotel. Accordingly, we did not use the spa and cannot provide a review of it. It should be mentioned that the staff, especially at the golf club, were very friendly and generally helpful.
