I’m angry
When I was about to check out, I was treated very badly because I left two things in the room. After checking out, I went back to the hotel and asked them to bring me those two things. At first, they said that it was nothing. After my insistence, they brought me one out of two chocolates that were exactly the same and that I had left both in the minibar of the room. One of them was brought to me with a torn packaging and said that was all. I did not accept it either. They lied to me, wasted my time, and ultimately did not give me the chocolates.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and especially the quality of the breakfast are really excellent. The employees are customer-focused and do their jobs very well.

I paid for fruit to be delivered to our room and followed up twice, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. I’m sure it was just an accidental oversight. The reception staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, and I really appreciate their excellent service. . .
