  Not quite four stars.

  We stayed one night at the hotel. The reception was all in English and only covered the essentials. The room was very large, somewhat "old-fashioned" in decor, but everything was clean and there was enough storage space. Breakfast was adequate, but a four-star hotel could offer more variety. The spa area with the outdoor pool was great. After a strenuous hike, it was pure relaxation. The selection at breakfast could offer more. It is also a pity that after check-out, the spa cannot be used anymore; this is handled more generously in other places.

  Dated and empty

  We stayed one night here . We arrived around 5 pm and no one at reception. Reception is only open from 730 to 5! Never seen this on a 4 star average size hotel! It was like a ghost town ! But maybe it’s a Swiss thing. Room was very large and comfortable and bathroom also with great shower . Has 2 separate toilets.Amenities were ok but no conditioner Bed lovely and comfortable. But a lot of plugs, lights not working. Only coffee no tea. And no air conditioning in room .Most of the time not needed but we were in a heatwave… Outside pool was nice enough, the inside one looked dated and un inviting Did not have breakfast . They have a closed car park and decent size safe. Would not stay there again

  With some improvements could be a real 4 stars

  + Old hotel full of charm.Well placed, free garage, hot pools, spacious room - 2 bulbs out of 5 in the bathroom do not work the same for the soap dispenser. Warm and non-adjustable radiators for warmer. Price per room is higher on the hotel website than on booking.com. One employee for breakfast who has to do everything (fortunately it was fast...)
