Total letdown!!
Not for the money! Overpriced, no restaurant on Saturdays, food on Friday very bad. Rooms are okay, clean, and well-equipped. Staff is trying, but overwhelmed, as there are too few people.

The complete disaster
This hotel currently has a complete staffing problem. Nothing really works. At dinner, we waited an hour and a half for the food; when we wanted to leave, they charged us for the food that was not delivered. There was no way to reverse the charge. I had to pay for it. Only English and Czech are spoken, even though German is listed as a language. The sauna was closed for 2 days. We were gotten out of bed at 9 a.m. to have the room cleaned. The hotel is a complete disaster. Addressing all the issues would go beyond the scope here. I can only strongly advise against booking.

Hands off!!!!!!!!!!
Catastrophic!!!! We have been trying for 2 weeks to change our suite for 1,600 euros / 3 days to another date. By phone, email, and WhatsApp. No response!!!!! Please do not book!!!!!!
