  You can do better with that location.

  This is not working... I book the Ripa Relais Colle del Sole location, because I wanted to relax and rest. Upon arrival I find a baptism in front of the guests' pool, a place like this and what I paid, I expect that during the booking phase it is pointed out to me that there is an event that day. Junior suite, baroque style, I expected better, but passable, sore point the bathroom, not acceptable for a junior suite, old whirlpool tub with rust, cracked floor. Very good breakfast and impeccable service. I used the spa, for a massage, operator very very good and nice, I advise her however at least a smock or uniform. The sore point that bothered me a lot, I check out at 8:20 AM, I find a gentleman at the reception who points out to me that he cannot do it and I have to wait for the secretary to arrive. Okay I wait, after 10 minutes I point out that I have to leave and I have an urgent need to check out. He replies that the secretary will arrive shortly, who shows up after 20 minutes, the gentleman was very kind and embarrassed, the secretary instead shows up without even a minimum of an apology, in fact even annoyed and unprofessional. To her I point out that the previous evening I wanted to pay the dinner bill directly at the facility's restaurant and I had been told that it was not possible but I could only do it at check out, she strongly doubted even this. now I ask myself, does a place like this not have assistance before 8:30 in the morning? I am not saying that you have to roll out the red carpet for me, heaven forbid, but given what was spent for the location, spa and dinner I expect a little more respect.

  Fantastic experience

  Enchanting place, immersed in greenery with a view of the Umbrian hills. Elegant structure and taken care of in the smallest details with a large pool available, open from 10 to 19. Attached restaurant open only for dinner where it is possible to eat refined dishes cooked with genuine products from their farm. Same thing for the rich and varied breakfast with quality products. There is also a spa and the possibility to book various massages. It was truly a fantastic experience dedicated to relaxation, we will come back to visit you soon.

  Splendid

  Wonderful place. It is located a few km from the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels. From the pool, it is clearly visible. Truly evocative location. We had the Senior Suite with a spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Another room equipped with a TV, 2 armchairs, and a minibar. The entrance to the room is equipped with an exclusive patio. Large pool. Poolside kiosk. Each room has 2 sun loungers and a large umbrella at its disposal. I will review the Arna Restaurant separately.
