Between May and September an outdoor pool and a broad sunbathing lawn come into use. Days can be as active or as still as you like, with a daily program, personal training on request and racing bicycles to rent. The kitchen has built its reputation on regional cooking and meat from the hotel's own butcher, served in the historic rooms or out in the garden, and there is a bar with its own fireplace for later.
