    Beautiful restaurant with stunning views of surrounding mountains

    We stayed one night in this lovely hotel with a great view. On arrival we were very friendly received. The room was fine, with a balcony and comfortable beds. We wanted to use the swimming pool, but found out along the way that this is difficult for people who have difficulty walking. After you leave the elevator, you have to descend a long flight of stairs to get to the pool. The pool itself is beautiful, although we found the water a bit on the cold side. Unfortunately, at the end of June, it turned out that few restaurants were open in the area. The hotel restaurant was also closed all summer, according to an information letter. After a long search we finally found a pizzeria, where we had to wait about 30 minutes before a table was available. Hotel cannot do anything about this, but takes this into account. The next morning the sun was shining and the view was truly phenomenal. The rich breakfast was a perfect end to our stay.

    An Unforgettable Holiday

    We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Ours Blanc Hotel at the end of March 2026. All the staff were really kind and attentive to all our needs. The hotel was clean, the pool was very relaxing and the food at breakfast and dinner was delicious. The ski bus collected us just opposite the ice rink and we could navigate back to the hotel via a green run - we stopped at the back of the outdoor swimming pool. Alpe d'huez is a great place for all levels of skiing. The beginner lessons and slopes were ideal for us, but there are a lot of other fun activities, including snow parks and sledging. We also had full use of the sports centre with our lift pass. Overall, this was a brilliant and unforgettable holiday. Thanks to all the staff for making it so special.

    Loving it!

    Half way through my week with Crystal Ski and having a great time. Warm room, amazing view, plenty of breakfast choice and tasty evening meals.
