Staff will arrange golf, off-site excursions and car rental. Funchal town is roughly a seven-minute drive, and the Heliporto do Funchal sits about six minutes away.

First class service from all.
My wife & I recently enjoyed a week at this lovely hotel, I would like to thank the staff members who attend the pool area, on the first morning I went down the steps to take a dip in the sea, half way down I slipped fell backwards and smashed my head , arm and shoulder on the concrete step, the staff could not have reacted quicker and got me back on my feet and sorted out my cuts and bruises, a great big thank you to all the staff and management, and we look forward to staying with you again in sept. They make it difficult ..
I checked the room rates which were 357e with 59e for half board. I checked and booked business flights with BA, went back on website and the rate is now 900e plus for a penthouse plus 90e a night for half board. I go back on this morning and the rate is now 500e plus for a sea view room plus an excessive 90e per night for half board. Leaders still have a room rate of £357. So I emailed the hotel and explained i was having difficulty with the rates could they please send me directly a quote to include half board and a transfer and they haven’t replied. So enough is enough, I shall look for somewhere else.
