Amazing, one in a million… Seasence Boutique hotel & Spa, Palmar I want to share a warm, positive note about Kavi, our room attendant, and also recognise the support from his manager, Oogesh. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and welcoming. Beautiful room preparation: The reception area and our room were immaculately prepared, with a fresh fruit bouquet and a well-stocked minibar. The room was spotless and wonderfully maintained. Prompt, attentive daily service: Daily service and replenishment were consistently quick and reliable; nothing ever felt delayed. Comfort brought to you: The bed was neatly rolled down each evening, curtains drawn, and the AC set while we enjoyed our dinner carefree. Exceptional, gracious staff culture: The service throughout was truly outstanding; no request was considered too much trouble, and a genuine smile and greeting were always present from all staff members at Seasence Hotel and Spa, Palmar Overall, Kavi’s care and professionalism made our stay feel seamless and comfortable, and it’s clear that this, together with Oogesh and the charismatic Hotel manager, Mr Kevin Ramsurn, whose support helps maintain this high standard every day.
