Not suitable on a weekend and when hungry
Booked about 1 month in advance with reservation confirmation: Attic room with a small balcony. Received an "upgrade" from the old to the new building. Storage-closet-sized double room with a king-size instead of a double bed and an unobstructed view of the wall of the old building. Confirmed table reservation was no longer found... Food was great, you just have to go to the fast-food place next door after the 3-course meal to get full. Two weddings were taking place at the same time. We are sure the room was given to a wedding couple instead of us. This led to corresponding noise until after midnight, which one could not escape, thanks to no building cooling and therefore an open window. After the party noise was finally over, the cleaning staff came to clean the lounge between the buildings. In the morning at breakfast we learned, up to 4 weddings every weekend... We can upload screenshots of the reservation confirmations and the room view if the hotel doubts the review.

Wonderful stay
We were welcomed very warmly. After a welcome drink, we were escorted to our room. It was an all-around great stay. The staff and the entire facility are super. The food is excellent and the restaurants are great. We would love to come back.

Top pricing - arrogant attitude.
We shared a spontaneous evening plus an overnighter - the location is great but the management attitude is deplorable; fact pattern: I forgot a dress shirt in the room - neither did I get a message from the hotel, nor did they show any ambition to return it. When I stopped by a few days later, they reluctantly searched for it and gave it back in a sorry state, as if directly from the waste basket. A message to management remained unanswered, which is why I‘m going public with this absolutely inacceptable service.
