Great Experience
We had a great stay, the Family Suite was beautiful and our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. Staff was fantastic, actually walking us to our room. For us coming from USA with very limited Portuguese, there was always someone at the front desk who spoke English and could assist with reservations or anything else. Miriam was not the only one helpful, but I remember her assisting us on several occasions. Even provided an umbrella to borrow! Pool and grounds are really well kept, and the plunge pool in the pineapple greenhouse was a fun twist. Would definitely stay again. Great area of the island to stay in, as it is central for driving out to the other locations.

Sympathy, availability of the team, tranquility.
The experience was well above average, due to the sympathy and availability of all staff, the overall level of the hotel with excellent accommodation and decoration of very good taste. I highly recommend this hotel!
