  Perfect retreat

  After several busy days exploring Ghana, Serenity Residences & Spa was exactly the peaceful retreat I was looking for. The property provided a welcome opportunity to slow down, relax, and recharge away from the energy and traffic of Accra. The spacious accommodations, beautiful grounds, and inviting pool created a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. I especially appreciated the sense of tranquility throughout the property and the friendliness of the staff, who helped make my stay enjoyable from beginning to end. The location is also ideal for anyone looking to explore the Kokrobite area while still having a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. Whether enjoying a quiet morning, relaxing by the pool, or simply taking in the surroundings, Serenity lived up to its name. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Ghana.

  Good start, bad ending

  This trip was for our honeymoon. The trip started off really lovely. The view was nice, the hotel honoured my request but the scoring I gave was brought down by incredibly slow food service and basically being locked up in our room due to a conference meeting which was being held in the reception area. On average, we had to wait 2hours before we had any food. We scheduled a couples massage for 12pm but didn’t have it until after 1pm and only one person showed up to give us the massage so we had to go one at a time. Today our breakfast was brought up to us around 8:30 and we were told there was a conference going on. I was disappointed as I have enjoyed having my breakfast infront of the sea shore since we got here. Then when we were leaving, I thought it would be nice to sit on the beach and wait until our official checkout time and until our taxi arrived. Instead we were ushered out of the hotel and settled our bill outside and waited while our car came. This was because the conference was STILL going on. This really destroyed my entire trip. I’m so disappointed as I had previously hyped up the trip to friends and family so much so my brother brought his girlfriend for a spontaneous day trip to experience the hotel. I will not be recommending this place again. There is so much work to be done
