  An unforgettable family getaway: Warmth, excellence, and impeccable service.

  We spent two nights with the whole family at the Hotel Serras de Soldeu and the experience could not have been more perfect. It is, without a doubt, one of those places you want to return to even before you leave. The human treatment from the entire team is extraordinary, but Elena's kindness deserves an honorable mention. She was dedicated to every detail throughout our stay, with constant and genuine attention that made us feel cared for from the first minute. The facilities stand out for the spaciousness of their areas, offering a comfortable, elegant, and welcoming environment. The cleanliness is frankly impeccable: the spa is a wonder for disconnecting, and details like the quality and softness of the towels and the bathrobe are a real pleasure that makes the difference in a hotel of this category. The gastronomic offering was on par with the rest of the hotel. Both the breakfast and the restaurant's offerings are of excellent quality, with varied and exquisite options for the whole family. As if that were not enough, its location is unbeatable, perfect for enjoying the mountains in both the winter and summer seasons. An absolutely recommendable hotel. We will return without a doubt!

  Better than at home

  From the moment you make the reservation, you know that everything is going to go well; Elena organized absolutely everything for us, from the hotel reservation to the places to go visit. Once you arrive at the hotel, the treatment was impeccable, one of those places where as soon as you enter you think... I feel at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and have every detail; we brought our little dog and she had her own little bed and bowls for eating and drinking. We made the huge mistake of not choosing half board since we planned to go around the villages to visit everything, but we met Eric, he was the manager of the terrace and the cocktail area, he treated us so well that we decided to stay every night to have dinner there, excellent service. We also had breakfast there one of the days and everything was delicious, Alejandro treated us wonderfully. And Bruna, how could we forget its wonderful restaurant, the food was a 10, and as a celiac myself, I have personally not eaten better bread than what they have there, the mussels were brutal and that rice....everything incredible. Without a doubt we will return. Thanks to the whole team for the work, detail, and effort that you put in every day.

  Amazing mountain stay!

  We stayed in the wooden cabana in the Andorran mountains at 2,300 metres. We were collected from the hotel in a 4x4 vehicle and driven to the most stunning mountain chalet I've ever encountered. They had thought of absolutely everything. The breakfast and dinner was stocked in the fridge for us to enjoy when we wanted. The commination was excellent. We slept so well in the comfy beds and the toilet/shower facilities were great (just down the stairs in a separate cabin) Special thanks to Cristian for making sure we had the best stay. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone. It was wonderful,and totally unique.
