    Amazing mountain stay!

    We stayed in the wooden cabana in the Andorran mountains at 2,300 metres. We were collected from the hotel in a 4x4 vehicle and driven to the most stunning mountain chalet I've ever encountered. They had thought of absolutely everything. The breakfast and dinner was stocked in the fridge for us to enjoy when we wanted. The commination was excellent. We slept so well in the comfy beds and the toilet/shower facilities were great (just down the stairs in a separate cabin) Special thanks to Cristian for making sure we had the best stay. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone. It was wonderful,and totally unique.

    A fantastic stay at Serras Andorra

    We had a wonderful experience at Serras Andorra. Without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel is its staff. The service and attention were exceptional: everyone was super friendly, attentive, and always willing to help us. They even went above and beyond to make our stay special. It is really appreciated to find service like this! We also loved the restaurant and the bar. The food was delicious, of excellent quality, and very well presented. Everything we tried was spectacular. The only point that we think they could improve is the breakfast. Since it is à la carte, the service can be quite slow and, when we were there, there did not seem to be enough staff to attend to all the guests. At one point they even ran out of plates for the fruit and coffee, and it took them a while to replenish them. You could see the staff running from one side to the other trying to serve everyone, but, even in the midst of that chaos and the stress they were surely experiencing, they always maintained an incredibly kind and professional attitude. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we have a very nice memory of the hotel. The staff really makes the difference. We would return without a doubt and we totally recommend Serras Andorra.

On December 31st, the New Year's Eve gala dinner is mandatory for all guests. It is not included in the rate and our Reservations department contacts the client directly to make the payment. The gala dinner menu is priced at €330 per person. 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking.
