    Lovely Holiday.

Lovely hotel with outstanding staff. Every single member of the Aluna team were attentive and helpful with a special mention to the entertainment team all of them did everything possible to entertain and adapt to some poor weather. I particularly loved darts morning and afternoon, Johnny made it fun and entertaining. The hotel is beautifully clean and well decorated and maintained. We used the Spa facilities and thought they were great value. The evening entertainment was again varied and of a great quality. If there are any negatives it would be the lack of a snack bar that can be used whilst using the pool, you do need to be fully dressed and eat in the restaurant for all meals. The Oktoberfest event they put on was sensational, I can’t praise that enough. The food was very nice every day with plenty of variety, and the patisserie counter was really nice. This is a primarily German guest hotel (which is not a bad thing), but if you’re British you will be in a minority, but this didn’t ruin our stay at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would return, we had a lovely 10 days. This is one of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed in.

    Family vacation

We came to this hotel with my wife and child (1 year and 2 months) at the end of September. They brought us to a hotel around 10 in the morning; the reception staff were extremely friendly and offered us to go to breakfast or straight to our rooms. It was very pleasing that they checked us in earlier, thank you very much. The room is small, clean, the bed is small, the pillows are uncomfortable, but it's nothing serious. A playpen was provided for the child; it is very convenient for storing the child's toys and something else, but the children won't sleep in it (ours didn't even try). The room is cleaned every day, the minibar is restocked. They feed deliciously, diversely. The waiters are very polite and friendly. And in general, all the staff are very pleasant, we haven't encountered such good treatment anywhere. I especially want to mention my best Turkish friends on this vacation: the pool bar bartender Hulusi - an amazing specialist and a great person, he understood me with half a word, the administrator in the orange sundress - an extremely responsive and pleasant person, she tried to help with any question, the young man at the reception - knows everything that needs to be known and even a little more, throughout the vacation he called my son a countryman, I now call him that too), the young waiter in glasses - after a couple more dinners, I would have adopted him into my family. And overall, they were very, very good guys... Mostly, the hotel was frequented by pensioners from Europe and families with children, there is no excessive noise, everyone is friendly. The animation is calm, unobtrusive, the animators are adults, experienced professionals, and just pleasant people. The area around the hotel is small, not very green. The children's area is very small, but there is a playhouse with animators that works almost all day. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, or two minutes by a frequently running transport. There are many sunbathers, the beach is small, on one side there is a paid water park, and on the other side the river flows into the sea. Because of this, the water opposite the beach is cold and not very clean. So you come, drop your things at the lounge chair, walk about 150 meters to the left, and swim peacefully. There is no volleyball at this hotel; they even took down the net on the second day of our vacation. The neighboring hotels were playing, so I went there. The evening programs are interesting, Oktoberfest was very well implemented. So, in short, I give it 4.7, rounding up to 5.
