    Great infrastructure, customer service needs serious improvement

    Hotel: location is ok. Hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a wide pool and kid friendly areas. Wifi is spotty at best. My cel wifi worked much better. Food: food is average, however, service is extremely slow. Took hour and a half to bring us lunch. At breakfast, must constantly be searching for coffee cart and getting his attention for refills. Servers have no idea whats in the food that’s being served, so any dietary restrictions are a nightmare. Grabbed a “plantain and cheese” (labelled) empanada only to find out as I bit into it that it contained chicken. Found a hair between the cheese slices as well. Room: rooms are comfortable and spacious. There is a working safe. tv was mounted wrong upon arrival. Hot water takes a while to kick in but works. Balcony door was extremely uncomfortable to use (clunky, loud and difficult to maneuver) Overall the hotel infrastructure has a lot to offer but customer service is lacking.

    The food was very average, not good kitchen service.

    The stay was good, the staff very friendly, but the kitchen service was very poor. The food was either raw or overcooked, lacking flavor; I ordered a Caesar salad that was advertised with European lettuce hearts, but it was regular lettuce and it was old, without dressing; they took 20 minutes to bring me more dressing, and the empanadas were burnt and over-fried. The chicken from room service was raw. At breakfast, we ordered some eggs, and to get them out quickly, they came out almost raw.

    Lulu met the giraffe

    The customer service is spectacular, the facilities beautiful. I should only write 3 recommendations. 1) Fill with a LOT of patience when making a weigh in the pool bar from the pool, a beer will take between 20 and 30 min , brownie with ice cream enrd 45 and 50 minutes .. etc. 2) the kids area is not as you have seen in the photos, if this is the space and it is beautiful but the furniture you see does not have any little play, this is the kitchen but not the kitchen toys, this is the table and colors but not the coloring books. 3) Please do not go into the children's pool, it is beautiful if, but it is also VERY cold, the heating is only for adults in this place.

For this purpose, the stamp with the code PT should be placed in the passport with a validity of 90 days. If there are any modifications to applicable rules, we will proceed to inform you immediately.

RESERVATION POLICY

If you cancel or modify the reservation up to two days before arrival, the hotel will not charge. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or you do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night. The credit card will be charged with the amount of the first night (plus taxes), the day the cancelation policy expires.
