  Arrive, feel at home, and simply enjoy

  We were here for 10 days with 9 overnight stays and I must say, this hotel really blew us away. You can simply tell that the entire concept is well thought out and everything here works hand in hand. The staff is super well-coordinated, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. Even with small problems, help is provided immediately. The food also thrilled us. The selection is huge and very varied, regardless of whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also really top-notch in terms of taste and quality. The various themed restaurants are a great addition. The reservation process is uncomplicated and the number of possible bookings is completely sufficient for a two-week vacation. The hotel is also very pleasant for German vacationers. There are many German guests there and you can actually always communicate in German somewhere, including at the reception. The entire complex is very large, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything is taken care of everywhere, and we really noticed how clean everything is in a positive way. The hotel manager is also out and about on the grounds a lot, approachable, and always close to the guests. We found that very likable. The evening entertainment is also nicely done, not too long, and above all not too loud. We found the private beach with the privacy screens especially nice, which means you have your privacy there too. We would like to give a very special compliment to our beach waiter Abanoub Eid. He took incredibly attentive care of us all day long without ever being intrusive. Even when we weren't feeling well once because of our stomachs, he immediately had a solution and even brought us special tea. Such employees simply make a vacation even more beautiful. We could probably write much more, but in short: For us, it was a wonderful vacation and in some ways truly like a little piece of heaven on earth. We felt very comfortable from the first to the last day and would come back anytime.
