  The worst customer service ever, very rude staff. Plus no towels on the beach

  The customer service is terrible in this hotel, staff is very rude, even for the supervisors and the managers’ level, they’re extremely bad to handle issues. And this started from the very bad calls quality when you try to reach them out to their hotline for any inquiries before you book with them (which is actually a personal mobile number not a hotline!) One example of the very bad custom service quality is when I was on the beach where the occupation was less than 15%, The beach staff told me no towels are available ane we have wait until some are available. قلت للولد اللي شغال طيب انا هنزل انا و اسرتي البحر ازاي؟ قاللي هو انت بتنزل بالفوط؟؟ طلبت مديره لقيته بيدافع عنه بكلام غير منطقي و غير مفهوم و عير مهذب تماماً. و قلتله هشتكي و لكنه ما كانش فارق معاه اي شكوى. اسماء العاملين: حمدي شعبان بشار محمد

  Tanoak sokhna bad experience

  Overrated hotel , the worst room service and house keeping I’ve ever seen I’ve booked 4 rooms and all of them have cleanliness issues and no response from either the housekeeper or the receptionist you have to call them several times with zero response the only way is to go directly to the reception personally, towels were dirty and stained and they told you there is no available towels because of the laundry, the safe in one of our rooms was closed and locked from the previous guest and no one come to open it till we checked out every time we called them they told you 2 minutes and someone will come to open it and nothing happened. The reception staff are not professional at all to represent a five stars hotel they look like hanging out in a picnic not working, the only one who’s looking some helpful called mody otherwise they are not qualified to work at 1 star hotel reception. Food and restaurant are good and the staff in the restaurant are friendly ( the only place you will meet qualified staff in this hotel ) Overall it’s a very bad experience I’ll never do again
