Overview

Set among the palms of Azha Ain Sokhna, with the sea air moving through, Tanoak arrived as the area's first boutique hotel. Its 149 rooms are set up with families in mind, and the setting leans toward the quiet end of things, a place to slow down over a weekend well clear of the city. Ain Sokhna itself lies about 26 minutes' drive away.

    Excellent stay

Second stay at Tanoak hotel, and even better than the first - definitely one of the best hotels in Ain Sokhna for it's excellent service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Saeed for his attention to details. Will definitely come back!

The worst customer service ever, very rude staff. Plus no towels on the beach

The customer service is terrible in this hotel, staff is very rude, even for the supervisors and the managers’ level, they’re extremely bad to handle issues. And this started from the very bad calls quality when you try to reach them out to their hotline for any inquiries before you book with them (which is actually a personal mobile number not a hotline!) One example of the very bad custom service quality is when I was on the beach where the occupation was less than 15%, The beach staff told me no towels are available ane we have wait until some are available.
