  Overpriced

1 star for the clean bed. In the bathroom, there was still hair from the previous guest in the drain strainer, and the shower head and the partition were completely calcified. The door frame could use a new coat of paint. On the wall tiles, several drill holes were "hastily" filled with silicone. The worst part was the carpet. The stench was only somewhat bearable with the air conditioning on. Unfortunately, it was so loud that sleep was out of the question. An open window was unfortunately not an option either. There is a mosquito plague there. The hotel is more reminiscent of a rehab clinic than a spa. When checking in, we had to sign that we were in the best of health. Everywhere, even in the morning at breakfast at 7:00, you run into hotel guests in bathrobes. Breakfast was abysmal. Although there was a large selection, the quality was not justified for the price of 25 euros per person. The lady at the reception was so friendly and did not charge us for breakfast. She could not do anything about the price of the room, as we had already paid in advance. She said she would forward our complaint to the manager, who would get in touch with us. We have heard nothing more to this day. (9/12 to 9/13.) Since we were on a round trip, we had only booked one night in a standard room for 298 euros. In our eyes, a rip-off. Definitely not recommended. I also don't understand the positive reviews. For this price, there are certainly better accommodations.

  Disappointing welcome

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we waited 3 hours for our room even though many guests who arrived well after us got their key right away... the manager present at that time (a blonde person with long hair) showed no commercial sense and no empathy; I should specify that we are nonetheless very loyal customers (4th Thalazur stay). It is truly regrettable that loyalty is not recognized! This person is frankly not in the right place and I am really thinking about not coming back: two customers lost, and you should know that a dissatisfied customer has a significant impact! Stay from July 19 to 23, 2026/room 174

The quality of the massage is not guaranteed

The massage depends on the masseur! And since they (because it is mostly women who give massages) do too many during the day, they are a bit like massage civil servants, who massage without conviction and without soul; I will not come back to get a massage there.... Unless you get lucky, and you really come across a professional! But that was not my case this time!
