  False advertising and unacceptable services for this rating

  Extremely disappointing experience, far from the photos presented Our stay was a series of disappointments from beginning to end. This establishment clearly does not deserve its 5-star rating. - False advertising regarding the rooms: They show you photos of a beautiful modern building, but it only contains the suites! The "luxury" rooms are actually located in another much smaller building across the street, spread over 3 floors, including a basement. Result: our "room with a city view" turned into a basement room... with no windows at all. - Noise disturbances and technical issues: The room is located right next to the elevator, which makes it extremely noisy all night long. Furthermore, upon our arrival we noticed that it was impossible to turn off the bathroom light: we had to ask twice for it to be fixed. - Catastrophic and incompetent service: We requested an iron (asked for twice): we were first brought a model with a British plug that was unusable. After another complaint, we were provided with an iron accompanied by a broken and unusable ironing board. Room service came at 6:00 PM (far too late) and the cleaning was sloppy: only two bath towels were left, no bath mat, and no face towels. Unacceptable hygiene: We found holes in both the bedding and the bath towels (photos to prove it) Deplorable welcome: To top it all off, the receptionist was very arrogant: he looks down on guests and barely responds when you speak to him. Avoid if you wish to have a relaxing stay that meets your expectations.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay! Lovely hotel and excellent service. Susan Emre was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and really made our stay special. Highly recommend!
