Gorgeous Hotel!
Just the most amazing hotel, myself and my boyfriend stayed for a couple of nights while we were in London, it was such a treat, the atmosphere in this place is amazing, we had such a gorgous room, the staff are really friendly and to top it breakfast is perfect, a special thanks to Sebastian, he has been absolutely wonderful:) We can't wait to return!

Almost perfect
Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location, great decor, lovely staff. We did have to wait 40 minutes or more for breakfast on both days, which is the only thing holding this back from full marks. To be clear the front of house staff were warm, kind and very capable. It seems to be more of a kitchen capacity issue.

I had the most incredible birthday stay at The Mandrake on the 7th of August! From the moment we arrived, the team went completely above and beyond to make my celebration feel extra special and romantic.They surprised us in our room with a deeply thoughtful, custom zodiac birthday card and a bottle of champagne. It was such a beautiful, personal touch that showed they truly care about the details.We also had dinner at their restaurant, YOPO, where the hospitality was absolutely amazing. When my partner was accidentally served a cold steak, the staff handled it flawlessly. While we waited for the kitchen, they immediately brought us a complimentary drink to enjoy. The chef then personally came out to our table to apologize, bringing us a stunning, complimentary scallops in a shell dish alongside a brand-new, hot steak for my partner. Turning a small slip-up into such a stellar experience completely blew us away. To top it all off, we had a beautiful breakfast the next morning which capped off the perfect trip. The service across the entire hotel is genuinely unmatched. I would definitely be coming back, and if you want to celebrate a special occasion where you are treated like royalty, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend it enough!
