Very satisfied,
Freddy is very reliable, he gave good service, always there when we need him, we didnt really have to tell him our needs, he would come even before we asked him for it. His service is fast, efficient, and friendly. Overall good service at this resort, cant complain. Foods and drinks are really good. No complaints. Employees arr very friendy and efficient.

Birthday vaca!
Freddy is an amazing server and never lets the cup run dry. I read some bad reviews online but my experience was great. Great staff, great food and a quiet room. The pool was closed for 1 day for cleaning and they sent us a bottle of champagne to ease the pain lol. Overall. Much better than expected. Yo recommends this hotel

Reef 28 - Rooftop fun!
Great boutique AI in downtown Playa. Rooftop pool and area is top notch, food overall was delicious.. and you can use the other two properties as well! (We did the beach club at Coco Beach and it was great). This might be our default Playa property going forward... Staff shoutouts Roberto, Francesco, Alejandro, Freddy, Anel - rooftop Mexican Conchito Restaurant - Sergio and Raymon Lobby Bar - Ricky
