Overview

The Springs Resort & Spa at Arenal looks straight onto the Arenal Volcano, a view CNN Travel counted among the most spectacular held by any resort in the world. Natural hot springs feed the pools, five dining experiences run the length of the property, and a full-service spa anchors the quieter hours. The grounds cover 165 acres, enough room for a water slide, a putt-putt course, a kids' game room…

    Relaxing

We had a great stay at Arenal Springs. The room was lovely and with a fantastic view. The kids loved the pools (which are good even in the rain and where we saw iguanas and an armadillo in the bushes) and the different animals that the cleaning staff made with the fresh towels each day. We would like to give some special recognition to Allan at reception, who went above and beyond to help us with some unexpected legal stuff we had to handle while on holiday - thank you so much Allan!

Luxe, stunning and relaxing as advertised

Stunning location, pristine accommodations, bountiful breakfast and lovely hot springs. The staff like Juana, JP, Nicole and the bellhops are attentive, helpful and friendly. They ensure that you enjoy all of CR and feel welcomed. The restaurant dining was topnotch and the ambiance was even better. Highly recommend and for those wanting to wake up with a volcano as your back drop, Arenal is worth every penny.
