  Great location - very hilly!

  Bright welcoming reception area, cream sofas - not sure how they keep them clean, whole hotel spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool beds very close together, so in peak season you would need to get on with your neighbour, unless you got end of the line beds. You can hire a cabana for 2. Breakfast very good, something for everyone. Didn’t eat lunch or dinner there, but had pool snacks which were nice. Fabulous roof top bar, nice place to watch sunset going down over the hills. May be due to late season, opened at 6.30 pm and closed Tuesday and Wednesday ?? We had a suite with a side sea view. Spacious room, sadly 2 single beds close together. We are not a fan of those. Plastic bed covers under sheets, so you can get very hot, but guess that’s for hygiene. Hairdryer not powerful, so take your own if have thick hair like me. Had a kitchenette, which had kettle, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Really handy. Walls are thin, neighbours played music during day and thought they were in same room. Thankfully not at night, so no bother to us. Could defo hear the clippy cloppy of heels as flooring in the rooms are laminate. Perfect location. Portals Nous is quite an upmarket area. Fine dining and casual dining, plenty of choice. Taxi and bus station 10 min walk away, where you can get a 105,106 or 108 bus to palma. (At time of print) . Taxi will cost approx 20 euros. Port 10 min walk. Clothing shops in port very expensive, but when you look at the yachts/boats moored you can see that money would definitely not be an issue!! Hotel set in a mostly residential area, so quite. It is very hilly, I had a procedure before I left and struggled walking, to town and port. However, taxis are easy to get, restaurants happy to order one for you. But it can get expensive as 5 euros each way for a short journey. We would definitely go back to the area again, as love walking, but would need to be able bodied. 30 minute transfer roughly from airport. All in all lovely hotel, great location. May be an issue if you have noisy neighbours, if could get a cheap deal would return just for location alone and bring ear plugs, just incase :)

  An Excellent 10 night experience

  This was an excellent 10 night experience. So good we will be returning Sept 27.

  Lots of repeat guests!

  As soon as you step into reception there is a lovely smell pumped through the air con, met by lovely friendly staff as they are throughout the hotel, clean, modern, beds comfortable, breakfast was the best ever even had champagne one morning, perfectly situated 10 nins down the hill to the marina and 10 mins up the hill to the village. 3 euros on the bus to Palma and 1.8 euros to Palma Nova, would go again in a heartbeat!
