Eighteen rooms and suites are spread across three floors, each looking out over the countryside and finished with an eye for material and detail. Outside there is a pool alongside a water and relaxation area with spa, sauna, jacuzzi and massage treatments. The kitchen works with ecological, zero-kilometre produce, much of it grown in the hotel's own garden. Around the property lie its vineyards, olive groves and almond trees, the Mediterranean landscape of Teruel's eastern edge, close to Fuentespalda and Ráfales and within reach of the Ports Natural Park. Monroyo is about fifteen minutes' drive, and the nearest airport at Helipuerto Ballestar around sixty-five minutes away.

IT IS NOT A DOG HOTEL, IT IS NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL
I went with my family and my dog (a small 10-month-old Labrador), the dogs are in individual horse stalls at 90-something degrees in the lower part of the hotel and furthermore they do not let you walk him around the hotel grounds, you have to walk him in the parking lot (lower part of the hotel) the fact that they allow dogs is relative, if you have a dog I do not advise you to go to this hotel; what was my surprise that a couple arrived the next day with a dog and it was not in the stalls with mine, they allowed them to have it in the room, walk through the interior of the hotel, around the edges of the hotel, something that I was warned was prohibited and the excuse that it was a guide dog does not work for me because I took that into account and it was not; there must be different types of clients. Otherwise I do not consider it a 5-star hotel, the staff is very friendly, young and inexperienced, and the setting is spectacular.

Wonderful ….
We stayed for one night enroute to Zaragoza. From the moment we arrived we were treated in a special way. Greeted at the arrival spot, luggage taken, car taken to parking, and we were seated peacefully with a welcome drink. We wanted a light lunch so we had a little table set up for us with a lovely view of the valley. The food was excellent. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean. We had dinner and again the food and wine were excellent. I can’t praise the hotel and truly lovely staff enough. Without exception everyone we interacted with was friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Hotel that knows how to solve problems with elegance!
After having a serious room assignment issue, we were forced to leave the hotel at 8 PM (without having stayed there and returned to our home 450 km away!), Julian (from the management team) had the elegance to call us and offer us a stay in this beautiful establishment to make up for their mistake. We were very touched by this gesture, which confirms the quality and level of this hotel. We will return and stay with the greatest pleasure, in order to enjoy this incredible setting and this magnificent environment. Bravo again for your gesture and your responsiveness!
