DISAPPOINTMENT
For several years we have been customers of your establishment, which is ideally located in relation to the town's cinema. I believe I have already reported some anomalies in the past, but since they remained unaddressed, I agree to reiterate.
Where are the luggage racks and other items to hide behind the screen? Useless, get down on all fours! Where are the valet stands to place your clothes without having to open the closet, which is useless for a short stay? Use the chairs! Oh really, but there is only one for two, so where do we sit? Well, on the floor or on the bed, unless it's in the bathroom where the only trash can is, which needs to be brought back to the bathroom? Let's talk about the shower: a display case where the person washing themselves is under the involuntary gaze of the person who has already joined or has not yet left the bed! A screen or a partition would respect the bare minimum of modesty. The water pressure? Do not expect a torrent from the shower, no, be patient; however, expect to get your pants wet when opening the off-center faucet of the sink, which is so designer that it splashes! Should I tell you about the crampedness of the desk? Only put one thing on it at a time!
Good points: oh yes! The garage, the television.
But design does not equal comfort, and these points, which seem minor, are not tolerable at this price point per night.
But all that is not the worst: on Wednesday, September 30, around 8:00 PM, unable to reach room 111 by cell phone, I called the establishment's front desk: no less than 2 minutes 47 seconds to get a person on the line after the multilingual advertising litanies. Pointing out this inconvenient delay, the receptionist with the messy hair impudently asked me if I thought I was the only one who needed his services! Faced with such rudeness, I hung up and tried again to reach my sister. And arriving finally at the hotel and passing by the DESERTED front desk, I see the receptionist trying to call me back, my phone ringing in my pocket!
Having left without seeing him to express my dissatisfaction, I am taking the time to write this note, hoping that it will not be deleted before reaching the higher-ups.
I would be eager to have your comments in appreciation of the time spent enlightening you, but without acceptable excuses, I fear I will no longer frequent your hotel in the future.
