  Fantastic hotel

  We had a fabulous week at this amazing hotel. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The ambience was perfect for relaxation but excursions were readily available. We are looking forward to returning.

  Wonderful Hotel with Brilliant staff

  Just what we needed. A superb relaxing week at this wonderful hotel. The moment we arrived the staff came out to meet us and made us feel very welcome after an early flight. We were taken for a welcome drink and had lunch by the pool in the sorrento restaurant. We had arrived and relaxed immediately. Rooms were ready quickly and were of a high standard, with excellent air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Plenty of room and enough hangers for a change. Great coffee machine and free water, with treats left every day. Breakfast was served overlooking the bay of Naples towards Capri, with several courses of very tasty food, many choices & the best coffee I had in Italy. We went B&B and the reception arranged bookings for local very good restaurants who came to pick you up! Funiculi Fanicula was our favourite with excellent seafood and pizza-Fabio the owner camped to pick you up who was so genuine & friendly. The hotel arranged our evening trip to Capri which suited us as it was quieter and cooler. It was a lovely trip with just half a dozen others on the boat. Days by the pool were relaxed and plenty of beds so no mad dash to grab them. Towels were supplied and of high quality. Pool was fabulous and most welcoming on hot days. Views were over the bay and spectacular. The roof top bar we visited twice to watch the sunset with a cocktail. Marvellous although the DJ music on one night was not to my taste but it was tolerable. Far better would have been more atmospheric or classical music. The highlight is the wonderful staff who couldn’t do too much. Newsletters sent every day and even you could request music that was playing at a low level by the pool. Thank you so much and I am sure we will be back

  Bliss!

  A first class hotel with first class staff! A stunning location overlooking the Bay of Naples and Capri. The perfect hotel to relax, rewind and enjoy gorgeous surroundings. Breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant and rooftop bar very good. When we did eat out the hotel supplied a tuk tuk service the drivers were always prompt and professional. The ladies on reception were exemplary and we cannot thank them enough for their advice, warmth and professionalism. Our room was kept immaculately clean and the air conditioning excellent. Such fond memories of Hotel Villa Fiorella!
