    NOT A 5 STAR... 4 BUT NOT 5 STARS..

    The reception staff was delightful, but at the restaurant, one of the waitresses was decidedly rude... but the problem is that the basics of a 5-star hotel are missing! Paper cups for coffee, cushions were missing on the terrace, the tasting menu was brought to our table without us being able to choose, except later by a nice and helpful waitress, but by then it was too late... Breakfast decided by them... in short, many details that for the moment do not make them a 5-star hotel... cute but not a 5-star hotel... except for the price..

    Charming Structure

    I stayed at Villa Riviera for the first time and I must say that I am fully satisfied with the experience. In a strategic and dominant position, the view extends from Portofino to Sestri Levante. The villa is splendid, the park magnificent. Everything is well maintained, clean, and relaxing. The pool and the spa area are very beautiful. Clean and spacious rooms; in my case, it was on the second floor without an elevator, but it was not a problem for me. The restaurant is excellent; perhaps the timing is slightly extended, but that is my personal taste. The panoramic view from the terrace where dinner and breakfast are served is simply priceless. The staff is very kind, from the reception to the pool, to the spa, to the restaurant, and the luggage service. I highly recommend it; I will definitely return. The photos I post speak more than any word.

    Dream location!

    We returned to Villa Riviera x one night, after staying there two years ago. It is confirmed a magical place, with great services and a postcard view! The staff is very kind and professional, ready to fulfill any request. They made us free upgrade in junior suite Santa Giulia, very elegant and spacious, with a beautiful equipped terrace, kindness that we really enjoyed! Quality linen and toiletries by Ferragamo. Everything reflects the quality of the structure. Great dinner at Aria restaurant! Applause to those who manage this beautiful location, certainly one of the best in Liguria. Very elegant and classy also the outfit of the reception girls, very kind and very pretty! We always stay in 5 star hotels and I must say that Villa Riviera really deserves them! I recommend everyone to spend at least one night there. Congratulations!
