  Terrible cleaning in the room

  This is just a disgusting hotel, what can I say, we arrived with my wife at the end of August, the food and staff are fine, everything is good, but the toilet was never cleaned during the 12 days of our stay in the hotel, it wasn't very clean when we checked in, and by the end of the vacation it had yellowed, the shower gel and shampoo are also not refilled. We have stayed in 3-star and 4-star hotels, but we have never seen such dirtiness and negligence from the cleaning staff. We left tips daily, but it was no use; they didn't make the bed or wipe the floor, and all the dust and dirt remained. We lived on the 38th floor; maybe it's better on other floors, but that's how it is for us.

  Gorgeous view of the city

  Wonderful hotel, I liked everything very much starting from the conditions to the service. The view of the city is bombastic :)

  Vacation at Vinpearl beachfront hotel at the end of August 2026

  We were at the Vinpearl beachfront hotel at the end of August 2026. Our vacation was wonderful! We want to express huge thanks to the guy at the reception named Anton. He always helped us in everything, a kind and responsive guy! Knows three languages, you will definitely find common ground with him, but the most important thing is Russian, which is quite important.
