  A GREAT EXPERIENCE

  We had a really enjoyable stay at Wanda Vista. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the cute cat roaming around the lobby adds a special warmth to the place. The beautiful paintings on the walls also complete the atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, it's both a stylish and comfortable place. I'd like to come again.

  Avoid this hotel

  Avoid ,, From the moment we arrived at hotel there was problems .. 2 welcome drinks for 6 people, 2 mugs .. no towels ,, this was small and only took 4 days to get after countless request for more, I said don’t really speak. Good English or Chinese. The last straw was a waterfall in the bedroom on the 5 night at 4am .. I immediately went downstairs to inform reception. They said they would get maintenance out, but really weren’t too bothered.. In the morning, they said they’d fix it but that night on the sixth night another waterfall but this time bigger and blew all the electrics sparks line everywhere, we had no choice, but to go downstairs again and demand room change, which was eventually given after two hours, at five in the morning moving room and so far all is well. We went to complain and also compensation, but they said we fixed your room. That is your compensation. You are lucky to have a room. I they gave us free breakfast and they said we don’t do compensation so I would suggest anyone thinking of going to this five star hotel being that it’s more than 3 to 4 star hotel in reality avoid at all costs

  Lack of response from hotel regarding ongoing complaint

  Disappointed by the lack of response to our complaint My daughter and I stayed at Wanda Vista Istanbul from 3–7 July as part of a medical package arranged through Memorial Hospital. We have serious concerns about what happened to our personal belongings while we were at the hospital. We had confirmed that we would be returning to the hotel, but when we returned, our room had been cleaned and our belongings had been removed and taken to Lost Property. Some items were subsequently missing. We contacted the hotel several times to make a formal complaint and ask for the matter to be investigated. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, we have received no response. We have also experienced problems with emails to the hotel being returned as undeliverable. We are very disappointed that, after raising a genuine complaint, we have been unable to get any response from the hotel. I hope that by posting this review, someone from senior management or Guest Relations will finally contact us and address our concerns.
