  A Truly Memorable Family Experience

  From the booking process through to checkout, our stay at Wattura Resort & Spa was a truly wonderful experience. Every stage was handled smoothly, professionally, and with genuine warmth. Mr. Kalpa and the entire Front Desk team made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. At the restaurant, Mr. Eranda and his team provided excellent service. A very special mention must go to Tharaka, who attended to us with such kindness and made sure our children felt extra special. Head Chef Prabath’s food was exquisite. Every dish was delicious and beautifully plated, making each meal a memorable experience. Finally, our sincere appreciation goes to the General Manager, Mr. Samantha, and Mr. Kalpa. Their personal attention, leadership, and warm hospitality made our family getaway truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire Wattura Resort & Spa team for the exceptional service and wonderful memories. We would happily recommend this beautiful resort and look forward to visiting again!

  Great Place for Kids

  This was our second visit to Wattura Resort & Spa, and we came back mainly because our kids loved the water park so much during our first stay. Once again, we had a lovely experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. A special thanks to the Reservations Team, especially Ameshan, for arranging a beautiful birthday cake and making our celebration extra special. Our Suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of five. The surroundings were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the kids had a fantastic time at the water park and pool. The sea was quite rough during our stay, and the beach was a little untidy. However, the team explained that it is a public beach and that they regularly carry out beach-cleaning activities, which we really appreciate. The only area we felt could be improved was the buffet. During our previous visit, we really enjoyed the set menus and especially loved the food and desserts. This time, we felt the buffet had limited variety and could be improved to match the standard we experienced before. We hope the resort takes this as constructive feedback. Overall, Wattura is still a great choice for a family getaway. We enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the entire team for their hospitality. We look forward to coming back again soon!

  Super - duper!

  This hotel was a beautiful place when we checked in a the lobby area. Then we were been served guwawa ( පේර) Juice as the welcome drink and it was really nice to have it something different than we have had before in similar hotels before. Actually, we met the front office manager Mr.Kalpa along and his most friendly front office staff while at our check-in. They were so nice and easy to reach out at the very best time at times. Then we had a social drink down near the pool sitting under an huge well maintained umbrella along with the pool beds. There after we had a swim in the pools and we noticed there was a highly prioritised for children with the waters showering and play area for them which is so chilling and gives good feeling for them to play and for us to take care of them. It's really amazing 😍. Further more we had our lunch in a well designed restaurant which is able to cope with our families and so on. The food quality was excellent and the taste was so delicious 😋. We enjoyed it very much and the F&B stewarding and the way the treated us was so keen and calm. We really liked it so much. Namely Tharaka and the rest of the F& B staff did a good job and well mannered service in a friendly way was provided by them. There after we all went near the beach close by area which was a greeny and pleasant to be with and we clicked some beautiful stills and some nice video clips out of the whole hotel. We concluded the stay in the evening and meanwhile when we were leaving saying a bigg "thank you" waving our hands from our vehicles the also waved their hand and represented their gratitude towards us the end. I would sincerely thank each and every person who I met and was been served by them was a great experience and I am really happy and we all were satisfied in Wathura Resort & Spa, Waikala. When it comes to the hospitality services which we were been served. We recommend it to everyone who like to relax and chill out with the water 💦 and nature surrounding.....This would be the place to be with. Wish you all the best all in all!
