A Very Good Stay with Butler Service
We had a very good stay and truly enjoyed our time at the Wattura hotel, Duplex Pool Villa. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the entire team made us feel very welcome. A special mention goes to our butler, Pasindu, who took great care of us. He was extremely attentive, courteous, and helpful, and was always available whenever we needed anything. His friendly and professional service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. We really appreciated the high level of hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A Truly Memorable Family Experience
From the booking process through to checkout, our stay at Wattura Resort & Spa was a truly wonderful experience. Every stage was handled smoothly, professionally, and with genuine warmth. Mr. Kalpa and the entire Front Desk team made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. At the restaurant, Mr. Eranda and his team provided excellent service. A very special mention must go to Tharaka, who attended to us with such kindness and made sure our children felt extra special. Head Chef Prabath’s food was exquisite. Every dish was delicious and beautifully plated, making each meal a memorable experience. Finally, our sincere appreciation goes to the General Manager, Mr. Samantha, and Mr. Kalpa. Their personal attention, leadership, and warm hospitality made our family getaway truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire Wattura Resort & Spa team for the exceptional service and wonderful memories. We would happily recommend this beautiful resort and look forward to visiting again!
