  Good but not great.

  First, let's start with the positive things: beautiful, spacious rooms, decent spa, very kind staff, free e-bikes, and especially the guide (thanks Manuel!) who organizes nice walking or biking excursions and other activities almost every day. Negative points: the cuisine is not up to par, 3-star level and not 4S, banal dishes and poor selection (2 first courses, 2 second courses, and 1 dessert), as well as the breakfast (never saw the famous South Tyrolean cakes) with the only exception (very welcome) of the coffee served at the table from the bar. Cost of drinks (water and wine) is high. Owner never seen around to advise and entertain the guests.

  4S not 4S

  Not consistent with the assigned category. The cuisine left much to be desired and the dishes were not characteristic of the area, not to mention a saffron risotto that looked like \"glue\", or the menu said Crème brûlée and a caramel pudding arrived, garlic and oil pasta and you ask for chili pepper but they don't have it, .... Water very expensive, 1lt € 5.5. I certainly cannot recommend it

  Negative experience.

  I am sorry to say it, but the hotel is certainly not a 4-star superior. Dirty room, the food was worse: reduced to a scoop of saffron rice, tough meat, dry cold cuts because they were sliced in the morning for the evening, French onion soup with only broth and a few slices of onion, no bread crouton with gratin cheese, and the buffet was scarce. The only positive note is the spa, but it does not justify the price. Absolute disappointment.
