    Functionally fine

    Booked here for one night as a stopover, so saw nothing of the spa. Nice view from the room over the marshes. Room was nicely laid out and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Nothing to complain about.

    Disappointed due to expected luxury stay

    Was enormously disappointed compared to what is written about the hotel, which the hotel did not live up to even upon arrival. Very dark in the reception and assigned a room far from the reception and restaurant, even though we had asked for a room near the restaurant because my husband has trouble walking. To make it easier for the cleaning staff's fixed base with bed linen, it is undoubtedly the reason we were assigned room 55 a few meters from the linen room. Other guests ask about room numbers near the restaurant. A luggage cart in the reception to carry suitcases etc. was a big lack, so you had to carry them in several rounds. Breakfast and dinner were top-notch. Overall a disappointment - expected luxury, but the room lit up like a view of the courtyard was ugly. Dyner are quilts with worn linen, small head pillows, and a hard mattress. Furthermore, the hotel is located in an industrial area, which is uncharming and not luxurious. The room price is too high in relation to the standard. Disappointing because we were looking forward to a luxury experience.

    Very service-minded staff

    We got a very exquisite service from the reception. We kept our electric bikes safe and charged. The hotel is quiet, our room relativvt small and the bathroom smaller, but everything worked ok. Nice location at Ringkøbing Fjord.
