Pure relaxation
I was not there for the 1st. time. This time, too, it was a totally relaxing stay. The family-run establishment is very friendly and open-minded toward its guests. The staff in service and at the reception are very friendly and helpful. After a restful night, there was a very rich and varied breakfast buffet. No wishes remain unfulfilled here. The spa and wellness area is highly recommended. This summer, there is a yurt in the garden that you should definitely use for an aperitif or to wind down. All in all, a visit to the hotel is worth it to rest and relax.

Reception
I would like to start by saying that the massage was good, but… Despite the fact that we had booked the massage by phone and specifically requested a package including the spa and pool, we were told on the phone that only the massage was available and that the package with the pool would only be possible from January 5th. However, when we were paying at the reception, we were told, in a tone that I found disrespectful and unprofessional, that it “always” includes the pool and sauna, but that this time, as an exception, they would only charge us for the massage. I truly do not understand this behaviour. Something that was communicated to us by your staff on the phone was later questioned in a demanding manner towards the customer. The tone of the staff member was really very unprofessional.

Perfect accommodation, there is nothing to complain about. Breakfast buffet extremely extensive. Rooms spacious and excellently decorated. Even the dinner was delicious Staff very attentive We will be back
