  We are sitting in the car and are on our way home. Clearly: We will be back! It has been a long time since a hotel has thrilled us so much from the very first minute :-) The ambiance, the staff, the food, the sauna infusions, the treatments, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location…all that and much more make us grateful to have discovered this gem!   Very nice castle hotel with a great pool and wellness area and delicious food

  After about 15 years, we were back at the hotel, which was previously called Arosa, and we were overall super satisfied. Upon arrival, we were welcomed very nicely by a gentleman at the reception. Our room was a so-called deluxe double room. It was spacious and cozy. As a small room highlight, there was the daily complimentary refrigerator stocked with juice and water, which is not a given everywhere. The only downside that I personally have to criticize is that there is no coffee machine in the room. This is found in almost all hotels of this category. A mega plus is the wellness area. A great indoor pool of a great size, and the outdoor pool is also impressive. For us as swimmers, an absolute highlight. The many saunas and the steam room are also really TOP! There are three sauna infusions during the day that you shouldn't miss. The SPA area is simply dreamlike. The gym is also super equipped. If I had anything to complain about, it would be the outdoor loungers in the garden. A few cushions would more than improve the lying comfort. Finally, the food. The breakfast buffet is a true dream. Nothing is really missing. The dinner is also quite impressive. Very diverse and very delicious. It is offered practically in buffet form. However, not a classic buffet, but rather a buffet in the form of "show cooking." We prefer it when the food is served, because then you don't have the urge to try everything, and quickly you have a few extra pounds on your ribs again. Overall, a highly recommended hotel. We will be back.

  Exceeded all expectations

  I was in this wonderful hotel for two nights at the end of September. Already at the reception, one noticed how much hospitality is valued here. The staff is excellent, always accommodating, and anticipates every wish. I would like to highlight the professionalism and warmth of Maria Lindner, who surprised me on my birthday with a specially set breakfast table. I hope to be able to spend a few more nice days at the castle hotel soon.
